Program description

By verbally agreeing to enroll, an employee consents to receive automated SMS text messages from Syndeo Networks’ network monitoring system (NMS) regarding network status, outages, and related operational alerts. This consent is specific to this SMS alert program and is not bundled with any other agreement.

Data sharing

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely to operate the NMS SMS alert program described here.

Eligibility

This program is available only to current Syndeo Networks employees who verbally opt in and provide a mobile number for this purpose.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on network activity. In most periods you will receive few or no messages; during an active network incident you may receive several in a short time.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Syndeo Networks does not charge for these alerts; charges from your mobile carrier may still apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from NMS alerts. You may also contact us using the information below to be removed.

Carrier liability

Syndeo Networks is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier network issues.
